With your own keys, you paste an API key from your provider (like Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) into the dashboard. All AI usage is billed by your provider. With Managed API, we handle all routing for you: no key needed, no accounts to create, we will handle all the complicate API setup.
Yes, any time in the dashboard. If you cancel Managed API plan mid-cycle, the $5 is prorated for the remaining days. Removing it takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Your key is stored encrypted at rest and is never logged, displayed, or visible after you save it. It is used solely to forward your bot's requests to the AI provider you chose.
In the dashboard overview page, can you click the 'Delete' button, then your bot will be in pending deletion process, and it will be deprecated until your subscription period is ended.
Your bot stays live until the end of the billing period. Once the date is up, it will automatically be removed from the system.
